feat: split settings into OBD-II, speed and temperature cards

Add independent speed and temperature visibility switches, OBD/GPS and OBD/weather source switches, and limit the long-press hint to ten minutes after a fresh install. Upgrade installs migrate to an expired hint and keep their previous temperature choice. Bump to 1.0.3+15.
